1. Please take off your shoes before entering into the room;
2. No smoking is allowed at any indoor and outdoor space;
3. Please handle your luggage with care and don’t break the floor;
4. Please try to keep low sound at indoor space, balcony and other public spaces inside and outside the building to avoid disturbing others;5. Please close light, air conditioning, doors and windows before leaving the room for the consideration of energy saving and security;
6. Japan implements strict waste sorting and processing system, in particular, good waste is not allowed to be mixed with other wastes. If you have no idea of how to sort, please separate food waste from other waste and put them indoor. Don’t throw at outdoor space, downstairs or any other public space.
7. During your stay, we will arrange no cleaning service for the consideration of protecting your privacy;
8. Please keep your personal articles properly; we will take no responsibility for loss;
9. Number of gusts allowed to stay is what was agreed. In case of exceeding the number, please actively tell the landlord and cover the difference;
10. Please check out at the stipulated time (before 12:00am) of the exact day. If you failed to check out after the time, expense for one day will be deducted from the security deposit;
