It is complete with facilities you need for a cozy stay--a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and DVD for a lazy day and of course the pool with sun loungers for a more relaxing stay.

This villa is located in Rawai, close to authentic Thai restaurants, beautiful viewpoints and Phuket’s asset the beaches. Truly a perfect place for a perfect holiday!

The land size is 400 Sq.meter with big villa building, fully furnished and equipped.

- The another bedroom in separated small building. it has dressing area, large bathroom.

-Providing airport transfer ( 1,000THB – 1,200THB )

Security Deposit 12,000THB or 300 euros or any equivalent foreign currency, It will be returned after no damage in the villa.

Check-in and check-out:
Check- in is done after 3pm
Check-out is done before 11am

Late Check-in or Early Check-out:
Check-in after 6pm needs an extra fee of 1,000 baths
Check-out before 8am needs an extra fee of 1,000 baths
