So first, the host will not respond to email or messages through the website. We called once we made it to the building and host did answer and gave us directions to get in. The building is on a side street behind a small fenced off dirt area. You get access by getting the key from a mailbox. Host will give code to get in to mailbox. The unit is on fourth floor, no elevator, thin stairs. The hike up was a bit much for pregnant wife especially after a full day of exploring Tokyo on foot. The unit itself was decent, a bit small, clean except for a questionable brown stain on the couch. Bed is hard and neighbors are noisy at night. Could not get microwave to turn on. Pocket wifi helped a ton for google maps. The chairs at the table seemed broken, a bit sketchy to sit on. Unit need instruction book on how to use washer machine, had to air dry clothes. We did like the location as Shinsen station is a block away. When at Shibuya station, make sure and take the Local train on the Inokashira line, Express train will skip this station. Overall, we would rather stay at hotel.

This was such a great apartment. Great location. Very clean. The only one thing that I would say could be improved, is the utensils for cooking. My partner and I love to cook our breakfasts when we travel and we found the utensils to be very minimal and we had to go but a few things to cook with. Overall a wonderful place to stay with plenty of room.

The location of the appartment is very cool! 10min walk to Shibuya or literally 30sec. to Shinsen Station at Keio line. Lots of restaurants and goods shops nearby, where you can buy all things you need. Once we got the Information from the host, they were very clear where the appartment is located and how to get the key.
We needed quite a long breath until we got the information from Yuki. Best way was to communicate via SMS. We didn‘t get any response over mail or travelmob message.
The appartment is okay cleaned. The neighboor is quite noisy.

Host was 100% unreachable. Taxi dropped us off at the area he thought was it. We had to go around asking people (in English) to help direct us. I left voice mails and emailed the host for this reason and another. The other was.. I left for the airport and left a bag behind. It's almost a 2 hour trip there so I didnt really want to go back and wanted to ask them to retrieve it and mail it (I would have paid for it) but yet again..no answer..no reply to my voice mail. And I emailer them and never got a return call or message. Cute small place but hosts are unhelpful.

This is a great location in a cool, calm neighbourhood 1min from Shines Stn and a 10/15 min walk from Shibuya Scramble. The flat is comfortable and clean, great for 2/3 friends.
The host was very responsive to problems I had with the wi-fi.
I'd stay there again next visit to Tokyo.

Apartment was small. Good for a small family. Hard to find as building was located on a dead end passageway. No elevator and the apartment is located on the top level on the 4th floor, using a very narrow stair way. Apartment is clean. Small bar table with 2 bar stools. We, a family of 6, had to eat sitting on the stairs leading to the loft which had one bed. We had to layout futons to sleep at night on the small space used as sitting room, dining area to accommodate all of us. Location is good near Shibuya train station. Overall this is good for young families but problematic for older families like ours with 2 seniors.

まず現地への細かなアクセス指示が全くなくタクシー以外到底辿りつけない。部屋は汚く埃だらけ。おまけに歯ブラシすら準備されておらずバルコニーはゴミだめ状態。2度と泊まりたくない。

Only stayed a day but love the area around Shibuya, tons to do and see. Location is very close to Shibuya station which is a great hub to catch trains to get all around Tokyo.

Host gave great directions and was very accomodating.

Great quiet location and walking distance to everything. We had a great time. Everything was perfect except finding the place the first time because we had never been to Tokyo. After a couple of days it was easy to find.
