The apartment has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 people but it can occupy 6 people.
(1 Queen bed in Master room, 2 Single beds & 2 Sofa beds in Living room)

The property has been made available to you for accommodation purposes only, no functions or events are to be held.
The property is not a “Party House” and any such activities are strictly prohibited.
All visitors are to leave the property by 9pm, any staying after 9pm will be deemed that they are sleeping over and a fee of $30 per person per night will be charged.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation advice or agreed beforehand. Fees will apply for any excess guests not agreed with the owner in advance.
Please respect my neighbours by keeping noise level low. Excessive noise may result in the Building Manager sending in Security which would result in you being fined AU$4700 according to the building rules! Guests may also be evicted from the premise and lost their bond.
If the fire alarm is activated, you could be fined by the fire brigade. Please leave the balcony door opened when cooking, NOT the entrance. You will be responsible for the fine and the damage if there is any.
You will be responsible for all accidents that happen in the apartment (burns caused from hot water or from cooking, electric shocks, falling from beds, tripping over or slips in the bathroom and other places...)
Follow all building rules in the Building's common area (swimming pools, gym, sauna, BBQ, lounges, lobby, etc..)
Children should be supervised and accompanied by an adult in the balcony, swimming pool, sauna, etc...
The use of the apartment for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.

Security
Whenever you are absent from the property, close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. Close all blinds.

Property Keys
Return all property keys upon check out. Lost property keys will incure a $200 replacement fee each set.

Maintenance & Repairs
If maintenance or repairs are required during your stay, you will be notified of the date and time repairs will be carried out. Our service men will use a Master key to enter and carry out necessary work.

Rubbish
Please move all your rubbish to the rubbish bin which is located on all floors near the lifts.

Exit
Please leave the apartment in the same clean manner when you checked in.
Pots, pans, dishes, cutleries, glasses, cups and any cooking utensils should be *clean*, *dry* and *return* to where they are taken. This includes the stove, microwave and oven. Additional cleaning costs will be charge to tenants if extra cleaning is required.
Replacement fee will be charge for towels stained by hair dyes, bleaches, tanning lotion, make up and greasy burnt saucepans.
Guests will be charged if apartment keys/swipes/remote if they are lost or not returned.
Rubbish should also be removed.
There is no need to clean the bed linen and towels.

Very clean unit, location pretty convenient, close to free tram routes. Afternoon sun shines directly into unit and makes it really hot. We opened sliding glass doors to get fresh air but not too helpful. Ran A/C for a little while, but that didn't help either. Cooled down after a couple of hours, but after a long day of sightseeing, the heat was uncomfortable. Also, beds and pillows really hard. We like firm mattresses, but these were beyond firm. Andy was very helpful and responded to questions promptly.

We appreciated the extra care to make a out stay nice from Andy. Andy went out of his way to welcome us in person and show us around the place, answering our questions. We had the elevator go out for a few hours and got exercise one time while in repair. The location is perfect, 5 min walk to free tram and steps from Southern Cross to catch trains to Cricket or Skybus. Great view and clean. Recommend staying here if you like highrise views.

Location was excellent. Host was very friendly and easily reached. The pool and fitness facility that was available to use in another building was very nice. The furniture and space were as described but the apartment was simply not clean enough. There were numerous stained areas on the carpets and hairs etc still on the bathroom floors and carpets. The biggest disappointment was the broken sliding door that prevented us from having a private space in the second bedroom. We (two couples) rented the apartment because it had two private spaces. It was broken when we arrived and no attempt was made to fix it during the 6 nights we were there.

The Sliding door was repaired now.

아파트의 위치가 스카이버스 정류장 바로 앞이라 공항에서 오가기에 매우 편리했습니다. 내부도 청결하여 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있었고, 30층 높이에서 내려다 보는 야경은 너무 아름다워 눈을 뗄 수 가 없었습니다.
또한 호스트도 친절하셨습니다. 놓고 온 옷을 시드니로 보내달라는 부탁에도 성심성의껏 응해주셔서 참 감사했습니다.
덕분에 즐거운 여행을 할 수 있었고 다시 멜번을 찾게 되면 다시 가고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Our apartment was absolutely beautiful, everything we needed to have a perfect stay. Clean, spacious, amazing view, perfect location and much more. Andy was welcoming and only a phone call away if needed. Thank you Andy!
