- Check-ins are between 2pm - 10pm. If you plan to check-in after 10pm, there will be a once off AU$ 30 surcharge. Check-outs are before 10am.
- After the check-in you forget the keys inside the apartment and you request us to come to let you in again, there will be a once off AU$30 surcharge.

Overall, the apartment was very nice, but I thought the view was OK, but not terrific, not that we spent much time enjoying it.
The couch and kitchen table seemed to be too big for the unit; the couch extended into the doorway to the bedroom/bathroom and the table blocked the entry door somewhat.
The unit has a mini-fridge; a full-size one would have been nice.
The floor of the shower gets pretty slick; a rubber mat would be good, as would be some shelves in the shower to hold soap and shampoo.
The linens, shower gel and shampoo were excellent.
The TV and internet was also excellent.
The bed was comfortable.
The washer/dryer came in very handy for us. Detergent was supplied.
The location is across the street from the Southern Cross station, so transportation to/from the airport and anywhere downtown was very easy. There is a Coles super market 1 block away.

the apartment was great the location was great
the issue we had is that we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive. The first time we had to wait in the street in the cold rain and weather as instructed outside the building
the second time which was a week later we had to wait 15 minutes but we told them we would wait inside the foyer
This was despite informing of the exact time we would arrive. I think that the process needs to improve in this area. To wait 30 mins to check in after long haul flights is not good
Other than that everything perfect

Very well situated. View not as good as would be from other side of the building. Well provided with appliances but could do with some micowave glass casseroles. Settee could be better.

It was fantastic, stay like home feel like home. Everything was properly design in the room , clean and even you did consider a small things like the room mists.. the location is also great , free tram is right in front of the property.. we will definitely come back again .. my daughter love the room so much

Overall excellent, some areas showing signs of wear and tear (freezer needed defrosting!). Location excellent for Southern Cross Station, trams, and walking around. Very easy to get to Melbourne Park which is what we wanted. Although we didn't get to meet Sergio, he always answered my questions promptly and Lina was quick to respond also. Would recommend this apartment to my friends. Thanks Sergio for making our visit to Melbourne a great one!

I love your apartment so much!!!!!!!!!! We moved to another hotel on st kilda road and I was just upset at myself not staying at your apartment from the whole trip. Love everything at the apartment.

Great location with all the amenities. Hosts were terrific! Enjoyed our stay in Melbourne and this apartment was ideal!

Apartment was new and modern. Bed was comfortable. Linen was clean. The full working kitchen was a money saver Coles and transport all at the front door.
You won't be charged yet.
