Minimum night stay varies per season: 2 nights (low season), 3 nights (shoulder season), 5 nights (CNY & Easter, Christmas, high season), and 7 nights (New Year).

Meals are not included in the rates, but chef/cook services are available to prepare your meals at grocery bills at cost.

Extra person, children/baby equipment and other additional services are subject to approval and availability and may incur extra charge.

Airport transfers and car hire services may be arranged at additional cost.

Events: If you are planning to hold an event such as a wedding or a birthday celebration, please let us know. There may be special terms and restrictions at the villa, that may also incur additional costs.

Travel Insurance: We encourage all our clients to take out a comprehensive travel insurance so if for any reason (e.g. medical, accidents, etc.) your trip is cancelled, you can reclaim any lost monies.
