I choose this area because of its amazing location being close and convenient to everything in the Tampa area. Very easy access to highways for access to St Pete as well.
What makes this property unique
All furniture, beds, and appliances are new (Q4 2023). I am very detail oriented and made sure the home is comfortable, functional, and well stocked so it feels like home, not a rental.
